Why this retreat

Recovery is part of the work

Creators are the new athletes of attention. You plan, shoot, edit, post, answer, and repeat, and the audience never takes a day off. Athletes build recovery into their training. Creators rarely get the chance.

This is that chance: two nights at the newest Canyon Ranch, guided breath and mindset work, nourishing meals, real rest, and a small room of people doing the same job you do.

It is small on purpose. This first retreat brings together ten women creators, chosen by invitation, so the conversations can go deep and the connections last past checkout.
